`Pathfinder <https://pathfinder.gilytics.com/>`_ is a cloud application and HTTP REST API developed by `Gilytics <https://www.gilytics.com/>`_, used for the planning and routing of linear infrastructures like powerlines, underground cables, pipelines, roads, railways, as well as optimal placement of solar plants and other location-dependent facilities.

This user manual focuses on the Pathfinder addin for ArcGIS Desktop, which allows ArcGIS users to use Pathfinder services directly from ArcGIS 10.x Desktop applications like ArcMap.
